• Refunds cannot be given for certificates or exchanged for cash from the recipient of the certificate. 
• Certificates are valid for 2 years after the purchase date. 
• If the drawing is damaged in delivery, Frances will work with the recipient to either fix any damage or re-draw it if neccesary.

• You are buying a hard copy of a certificate which will be posted to you. You will also receive a digital version sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• When ready to order, the recipient of the certificate has to email Frances with the voucher code, chosen photo/s & their delivery address.
• The time it takes to complete the drawing will depend on workload at that time, so some patience and understanding may be needed and appreciated.
